Skills for Listening is part four of a four-part series dedicated to building, strengthening and expanding a student's English listening skill. Over the course of the series, students will be exposed to age-appropriate scenarios that they will encounter both inside and outside the classroom, including talking to friends at school, going to the park, and discussing recycling. Language patterns and related vocabulary are presented in a variety of ways to review and reinforce them. Each unit finishes off with a unit test to prepare students for listening sections found on several standardized testing and to consolidate learning. The content of these books is a mixture of completely new passages and questions along with material taken from several of our bestselling series.
